The City of Altus Parks and Recreation in Oklahoma have great plans to revitalize an existing park that could use some improvements. Outdoor Happiness Movement joined other donors to fund these renovations that include a splash pad, community garden, and possible nature trails. Now when temperatures reach 100 degrees in the hot Oklahoma summer, kids will be able to keep cool while playing! As for the community garden, this environmentally themed project will provide residents the opportunity to sharpen their gardening skills and offer the community fresh produce. With hands on learning experiences and safe water play activities, this park will definitely draw in plenty of visitors!
With a project in Oklahoma now funded, the Outdoor Happiness Movement is getting closer and closer to the mission of donating to every state in the U.S.!
